Who We Are
Curator LTD operates curator.ltd and the Tienko ecosystem, including thetokengame.com, tienko.io, and related domains. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), Curator LTD is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.
What Data We Collect
We collect and process only the data needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. The categories of data may include:
- Wallet addresses and related public blockchain data.
- IP addresses, device information, browser details, and security signals.
- Usage data, such as pages visited, features used, and interaction events.
- AI chat transcripts, stored temporarily for quality, safety, and service improvement.
- Any information you voluntarily provide when you contact us or participate in community activities.
How We Use Your Data
We use personal data to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; authenticate wallet-linked sessions; protect users and the platform; detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and understand how platform features are used.
Where you have consented, we may use your contact information to send service notifications or marketing communications. We may also process data to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Legal Basis for Processing
We rely on one or more lawful bases under UK GDPR depending on the processing activity. These include performance of a contract or steps taken at your request to provide the Service; our legitimate interests in operating a secure, effective, and sustainable platform; your consent for optional marketing communications; and compliance with legal obligations.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance those interests against your rights and freedoms and use reasonable safeguards to limit processing to what is necessary.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers that help us operate the Service, including infrastructure providers for hosting and content delivery, analytics providers, and professional advisers where necessary.
We may also disclose information to law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other authorities where legally required or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the integrity of the Service. Third parties processing data on our behalf are bound by appropriate data processing agreements or comparable safeguards.
Blockchain Data
Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are public by nature of blockchain technology. Information recorded on a public blockchain may be visible to anyone and may be retained indefinitely by independent network participants.
Because Curator LTD does not control the blockchain, we cannot delete, alter, or guarantee the removal of on-chain data. Please consider this before linking a wallet to the Service or submitting blockchain transactions.
Data Retention
We retain account-related data while your account or wallet-linked relationship with the Service remains active, and for two years afterward where retention is needed for security, record-keeping, dispute resolution, or legal purposes.
AI chat transcripts are generally retained for 90 days. Security logs are generally retained for one year. We may retain information for longer where required by law, necessary for a legal claim, or justified by an overriding security need.
Your Rights (UK GDPR)
Subject to applicable conditions and exemptions, you have rights to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, and understand usage. For details about the cookies we use and how to manage them, see our Cookie Policy at /legal/cookies.
International Transfers
Our service providers or technical systems may process data outside the United Kingdom. When a transfer requires safeguards, we use appropriate measures such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy regulations, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
