Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using curator.ltd, thetokengame.com, tienko.io, or any related domain, application, feature, or service operated by Curator LTD (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated by reference. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Curator LTD.
If you do not agree to every part of these Terms, you must not access, connect a wallet to, or otherwise use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Description of Service
Curator LTD operates a Web3 gaming and digital collectibles ecosystem that includes The Token Game, Tienko, and The Curator's Chamber. The Service may enable users to mint, collect, trade, stake, and otherwise interact with digital coins and related in-platform assets.
The Service may also include community events, ecosystem information, epoch-based mechanics, and access to an AI oracle. Features may be introduced, changed, suspended, or withdrawn as the ecosystem develops. Access to a feature does not guarantee its continuing availability.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You must not use the Service if digital asset trading, participation in prize pools, or the relevant platform activities are prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements, that your use complies with applicable law, and that you are not subject to sanctions or other legal restrictions that prohibit your participation.
User Accounts & Wallet Authentication
Where access requires wallet authentication, accounts are authenticated through a Solana wallet signature, including Sign-In With Solana mechanisms where available. You are responsible for ensuring that you connect only wallets you control and for reviewing each signature or transaction request before approving it.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, recovery phrase, private keys, devices, and any credentials used with the Service. Curator LTD cannot recover lost wallets, private keys, recovery phrases, or assets, and is not responsible for unauthorised access caused by a compromised wallet or device.
Digital Coins & In-Platform Assets
Digital coins and other assets made available through the Tienko platform are in-platform collectibles. They do not represent shares, securities, investment contracts, deposit accounts, currencies, financial instruments, or ownership interests in Curator LTD or any other person.
Any perceived or exchange value is determined solely by platform mechanics, user activity, supply and demand, and community interest. Curator LTD does not promise liquidity, utility outside the Service, appreciation, or any particular value for digital coins or in-platform assets.
The Stash Prize Pool
The Stash is a community prize pool funded through platform activity and distributed according to the epoch mechanics described in the applicable platform documentation. Eligibility, contribution calculations, allocation methods, claim periods, and other operational details may apply to each epoch.
Curator LTD may modify epoch parameters, including distribution mechanics, with at least 30 days’ notice where reasonably practicable. We may also take immediate action where needed to address security, legal compliance, abuse, or material technical risks. Participation does not guarantee any allocation or reward.
Prohibited Conduct
You must use the Service lawfully and fairly. You must not engage in conduct that harms the Service, other users, Curator LTD, or the integrity of the ecosystem.
- Attempt to manipulate coin prices, trading activity, prize pool outcomes, or platform mechanics.
- Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or scraping methods without Curator LTD’s prior written permission.
- Circumvent, probe, disable, or interfere with security measures, smart contracts, access controls, or technical safeguards.
- Engage in money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, deception, or other unlawful activity.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users, community members, or Curator LTD personnel.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its branding, software, documentation, artwork, content, interfaces, AI systems, and underlying intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Curator LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Curator LTD grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended personal or authorised business purposes. Users retain control of their wallet addresses and any on-chain assets they lawfully hold, subject to the applicable blockchain protocol and platform mechanics.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curator LTD disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
Curator LTD is not liable for losses arising from wallet compromise, lost keys, smart contract bugs, blockchain congestion, market volatility, third-party services, platform downtime, or actions taken by other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, Curator LTD’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at £100.
Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our operational practices. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the version currently in force.
Where changes are material, we will provide notice by posting the revised Terms or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
